How Did Strength CAMP Begin?

Let's rewind to the origins of Strength CAMP, where Coach Alex saw a void in the fitness landscape and envisioned a revolutionary approach. Recognizing that many gyms lacked a dedicated emphasis on strength training, he set out to bridge this gap.
